I bought some Dreamfields Pasta after reading the thread in the new products forum. Not really being in the mood for a tomato sauce, I remembered seeing Nigella cook a lemon sauce for pasta. Couldn't find the recipe in any of her cookbooks, so had to improvise.

Juice & zest of half a lemon
1/2 C heavy cream
2 T butter
2 servings pasta(I used Dreamfield's)

Heat together the cream & butter, stirring to combine. Reduce slightly over medium heat. Remove from heat & stir in the lemon juice & zest. Stir until combined.(Mixture may curdle at first, just keep stirring.) Add the cooked pasta & toss to combine. Serve immediately.
