Default Grilled Cheese and Tomato anyone??

Ok maybe a million other's have come up with this already but the number 1 thing I miss on this wol is my old grilled cheese and tomato sandwich. Today I created a wonderful low carb substitute! I heated a tiny drip of oil and smidge of garlic powder at medium heat. I put a low carb tortilla in frying pan for about 1 minute on each side. Just to get it a little brown. Then dropped two slices of american cheese and two thin tomato slices with some ham!! I folded the torilla over the cheese sort of like an omlete or taco shell cooked it again fora bout a minute on each side. It was absolutely delicious!! And pretty darn low carb.
Depending on your brand of low carb tortilla the carb count will probably range 5-6 carbs. Not bad for a yummy lunch!!

Oooh that is what I used to eat when I was pregnant-(SORRY-LOL!), but cheese and tomatoes are still my favorite. I've got to try this the next time I get some tortillas.
