Cool soy shakes

I made a soy/strawberry shake for breakfast the other morning absolutely fantastic. Used 6 oz of soy milk (4 carb per 8oz) + 3 frozen strawberries. 1 packet of splenda with a shake of cinnamon, nutmeg and a dash of pure vanilla. It was excellent.

Great Idea. Thanks. I guess blueberry would be good too. And if you wanted other fruit flavors you could use Nature's Flavors flavor concentrates. I have peach, pineapple, kiwi, blackberry, mango, key lime and citrus punch.

YUMMMM! Sounds good, can hardly wait to try it. I miss drinking milk, so this might be my chance to curb my milk craving.
