Hmmm .. July 10th? Bowling and an All-you-can-eat Meat fest? sounds like some fun
I'm still working on whether i can attend this little shindig or not.. but i'm keeping my options open

Bowling.. watch out.. if i wear my contacts and can actually see.. i'm a pretty good bowler.. break a 100 everytime..

Looks like it's gonna be a breezy day in NYC on the 10th.. passes the weather man $20 for making that happen

I think you can catch the bus from the Greyhound downtown (10th and Filbert) and it will drop you off at Port Authority in NYC.

That's as much as I know ... I'm lost in NYC.

Thanks Dan....I'll have to look into that.

I think the ideas of "meeters" are great! I get lost in philly so NYC, lmao...send me like 5 meeters! hehehe

July 10th - Yes, make it official! Think everyone else is sold on the date.

Mil - that's an excellent idea. I'd be willing to meet people at Port Authority, Penn, whatever. So, Fern, don't fret.

Chelle - just do it!! Come along! It will be fun!

OK...next thing...do we want to make outdoor plans with alternate indoor plans if the weather craps out OR do we want to just make indoor plans...

TIME FOR INPUT

I'm for outdoor and alternate indoor. I think it would be fun to hang out at a park and play volleyball or toss a football around... but I'll do bowling or something inside if that's the group consensus!

Outdoor sounds great. If the vote is for volleyball, I volunteer to keep score. Even my volleyball teacher in college admitted defeat.

I like the idea of something active outdoors too. Anything to keep me away from the bowling. <crosses fingers for good weather>

Outdoor with alternate indoor plans works.

Same for Divina.

I would like to be included

It's been a while since I've been to Central Park in July but doesn't it get pretty packed? I'm trying to picture an empty plot for a volleyball court and it's difficult. If I recall correctly, frisbee gets a little tight but can be done.

Also, don't softball fields have to be reserved way in advance?

OK...So we have decided that on July 10 we will have an outdoor get together unless it rains, then we will still get together, but something indoors

SO...the next thing to decide is WHERE...are we definately thinking Central Park, or do we have other suggestions....

Opening it up...
