Default ? for those on Phase 2 and beyond

Is there anyone on board on phase 2 or 3 ? If so, were you able to keep the weight lost from phase 1 off successfully ?

Hi Rosa,

I started P2 last Tues. and yes,I have kept it off.I did not lose much this week but I'm not too far from goal and expect to lose a # or 2 this week. I think we all need to be careful in P2 that we don't eat hi-carb foods at each meal.I try to limit myself but adding carbs back can be a bit dangerous to some if we don't control portions. I think it is wise to just add them to one meal a day and see how they affect us...then add another if it doesn't but if you stall,or gain, you would need to go back to one added carb again.YMMV is the general rule of thumb I think.

I hope this helped..Have a great weekend...

Linda
