Red face

I decided to run anyway. Not much, only .25 mile in about 3 minutes.

Default Lower Body Lifting

  • Squats - 10 repetitions - 3 sets
  • Lunges - 12 repetitions - 3 sets
  • Calf Raises - 12 repetitions - 3 sets
  • Leg Lifts - Side - 12 repetitions - 3 sets
  • Leg Lifts - Rear - 12 repetitions - 3 sets
  • Leg Lifts - Front - 12 repetitions - 3 sets

I didn't use any weights this time. I want to get re-accustomed to the motion before adding weight.

I'm sure I've forgotten something.

65 minutes Fast Walking - 4.11 miles

I guess I've gotten my 3.75 mile goal for the week and I haven't even had a cardio day yet.

Wow! Since last Wednesday I've gone 8.52 miles!

Unhappy Not Starting Out So Good

I went at least a mile. The safety key kept getting pulled and I kept losing my data
1st time it got pulled my cat was trying to get on the treadmill and I turned around to yell at her
2nd time it got pulled my cat was trying to get underneithe the treadmill
3rd time it got pulled, the volume adjuster for my iPod (Which had been repeated falling off my shirt) caught it and pulled it out.

So here is my estimation:

Distance - At least 1 mile (But I will underestimate and call it 1 mile)
Time - around 13 - 14 minutes. The last time I saw was 13 before the key pulled. <sigh> It's not turning out to be a very good day.. I might try again later though. At least I did 4 miles worth of cardio yesterday to make up for it.

OMD! After rerading your trials with animals and teredmills I just have to laugh. Someone you know decided to run in the house from outside. However, instead of going around the tredmill she went across it in front on me ...on the belt....<sigh> I bet she won't do that again

Animals and treadmills are a dangerous combination I came to the conclusion that Someone was trying to tell me that it wasn't the time to be working out.

I also came to the realization that I'm having problems because I'm so freshly back into induction It will get better!
