These are not exact equivalents: They have been slightly rounded to make measureing easier.

Liquid Measurements for
American - Imperial-Metric-Australian

2 Tablespoons (1oz) = 1 fl.oz. = 30ml = 1 Tbsp
1/4 cup (2oz) = 2 fl. oz = 60ml = 2 Tbsp
1/3 cup (3oz) = 3 fl. oz = 80 ml = 1/4 cup
1/2 cup (4 oz. = 4fl. oz = 125 ml = 1/3 cup
2/3 cup (5 oz) = 5 fl. oz = 165 ml = 1/2 cup
3/4 cup (6 oz) = 6 fl. oz = 185 ml = 2/3 cup
1 cup (8 oz) = 8 fl. oz = 250 ml = 3/4 cup

Spoon Measurements
American - Metric
1/4 teaspoon = 1 ml
1/2 teaspoon = 2 ml
1 teaspoon = 5 ml
1 tablespoon = 15 ml

4 oz (1/4 lb) = 125g
