Default fluids on South Beach diet

have read the book but don't recall reading much about what one can drink... eg... coffee more than one cup? diet drinks? especially for the first 2 weeks.

My take on it is diet soda and coffee are fine, but switch to decaf after the first one.

so you are saying there is no limit on diet drinks or coffee if it's decafinated? Now I know tea has caffeine... is there a tea without caffeine?

HAHA, join the crowd of people waking to pee in the middle of the night. If someone seems to be tired and losing weight, they must be doing the SBD...
