figured out how to make mayo taste like miracle whip!!

I don't really like mayo because it tastes greasy and unsweet. I grew up on miracle whip and have been missing it since I started this WOE. Tonight I made a pork roast and took 1T mayo mised it with about 1/2t horseradish and added about 1/8th packet of splenda.

Either I have lost the taste for miracle whip in a week, or it was damn good. lol.
The horseradish gave it the "tang" and the splenda gave it the sweet.

Simple things like this make this WOE possible for me!!

I do the same thing but only add the splenda and it gives it the sweet taste I am used to.
