Default Taco's !!!!!!!!!

This is one of the best meals I make regularly and live on.... Nutrituous and yummy! Adding chopped veggies to mixture puts veggies in your portion!

1 lb of ground turkey meat
1 onion chopped
1 pkg of (dry ingredient) taco seasoning
1 head of lettuce
sour cream
salsa
grated cheddar cheese
hot sauce if desired.
cut up veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, any veggie in fridge that needs something done with it..)

Prepare taco mixture as package indicates. After preparing, shut off stove and add chopped veggies.

To assemble: place lettuce leaf on plate, add taco mixture, a dollop of sour cream, a teaspoon of salsa, some grated cheese, hot sauce and roll up and eat over plate or sink! Figure 2 grams of carbs per roll, at the most! Bon Appetit!

I do taco salad. I cook some frozen Tyson brand chicken breasts/tenderloins with lots of chili powder, garlic powder, and paprika...and whatever else I feel like tossing on them. Then I put some of that preshredded lettuce in a bowl. When the chicken is done I throw it on top of the lettuce and then put sour cream on top of that and let the sour cream *melt* and then cut the chicken into lil pieces. Its yummy and easy. I bet you could add cheese too.
