anyhow how are you today?

squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel (like a girl at a Westlife Concert!!) I dropped another 2lbs this am that 18lbs in less than a week how chuffed am I???????????

Quick note: if you have ever had a stomach ulcer you must never take nurofen/iboprofen - they set up the most AWFUL cramps and pain in your tummy if you do. I watched my Mom curl up in a ball on the floor once cos she'd taken a ibuprofen and didn't realise the consequences.
