Smile kids and lc snacking

There isn't much action on this board so I thought I would try a new question. What are your kids/teens favorite lc snacks? We are always looking for new ideas to avoid boredom In our house my daughter's top 3 this week seem to be:

1. Almond meal pancakes
2. Turkey roll-ups with feta cheese inside
3. peanut butter protein bars from the 500 LC Recipes book

My kids aren't super low carb, so they eat things like:

Peanut butter on whole grain crackers
Baby carrots with veggie dip
Fruit (apples, oranges, etc...)
popcorn
celery with cream cheese or peanut butter
sugar-free jello or pudding (or sugar-free finger jello)
yogurt
cheese sticks or sliced cheese with whole grain crackers
Breyers carbsmart bars or carbsmart ice cream (this is more dessert than snack)
Peanuts or pistachios

My 8 yr. old is low carbing and he LOVES the "Carb Smart" ice cream. He doesn't get it everyday...but just as a treat. He likes celery with PB, and I'm fortunate that he loves vegy's. (with dip of course) I try to get really creative low carbing, so that helps.

My son's a preschooler, so a picky eater it seems.

Cheese sticks
Latortillas with peanut butter and cream cheese
homade yogurt
egg nog
fresh fruits
applesauce
eggs
hot dogs
peanut butter in any shape or form

and of course the not so healthy he gets only occasionaly
splenda sweetened icecream bars
candy
icecream
toast with cream cheese
LC bagle with cream cheese.
peanut butter samwich
mini egg rolls (they sneak in veggies)

With both my kids I learned not to bother giving them what I think they'll like much. I just eat what I'm going to and they will steal most of it. Especially the baby.

My DD's favorite low carb snacks:

Nuts - macadamias, pecans, or almonds
Sunflower seeds - in the shell so they take longer to eat
Slice of cheese
Celery stalks with laughing cow cheese or natural style peanut butter schmeared in the ribs
Glass of carb countdown whole milk or chocolate milk
Sugar free Swiss Miss hot cocoa

And on occassion:

1 cup of Atkins Ice Cream
Pure Delight sugar free chocolate bar
2 carbfit sugar free/low carb chocolate chip cookies (6 grams of net carbs)
