Day 16!


20MAS

ok...so today i wasnt really looking forward to this cardio, but i knew it had to get done....lol
i started out by stretching for 5 minutes....then i started walking....once i got up to jogging ( level 9) i consciously tried to step lightly on the pavement instead of slamming my feet down like i usually do when i run....after the workout my shins ( well, the area right beside the shins) didnt ache as much as it did saturday so i was relieved!! also....i actually had a second wind! wow! this is the first time this has happened since ive started this 20MAS....after about 15 minutes i suddenly got this huge spurt of energy....made the last 5 minutes totally bearable AND my intensity 10 was really great!! i feel wonderful about the whole deal!! yay!!

ok....tomorrow is lower body!! i LOVE lower body...heheheheaa

lower body workout today!! heres what i did:

warmup: 50 crunches, 50 twisting crunches, 30 butt ups, 30 pushups

lower body workout:

quads:
squats: 12~34lbs, 10~39lbs, 8~44lbs, 6~49lbs, 12~44lbs
lunges: 12~44lbs

hams:
good mornings: 12~34lbs, 10~39lbs, 8~44lbs, 6~49lbs, 12~54lbs
straight leg deadlifts: 12~54lbs

calves:
calf raises: 12~29lbs, 10~34lbs, 8~39lbs, 6~44lbs, 12~44lbs
weighted donkey lifts: 12~50lbs

abs:
20lb weight on abs....100 crunches nonstop

feels GREAT!!

i am feeling a little better today and felt REALLY great after the upper body workout!!

heres what i did

warmup:
50 crunches, 50 twisting crunches, 30 butt ups, 30 pushups

upper body workout:

chest:
bench presses: 12~34lbs, 10~39lbs, 8~44lbs, 6~49lbs, 24~49lbs

back:
bent over rows: 12~34lbs, 10~39lbs, 8~44lbs, 6~49lbs, 12~44lbs
back pullovers: 12~44lbs

shoulders:
behind the neck presses: 12~29lbs, 10~34lbs, 8~39lbs, 6~44lbs, 12~39
military presses: 2~39lbs reached failure..10~34lbs

biceps:
curls: 12~24lbs, 10~29lbs, 8~34lbs, 6~39lbs reached failure, 12~29lbs
reverse curls: 12~29lbs

triceps extentions: 12~20lbs, 10~25lbs, 8~30lbs reached failure, 6~25lbs, 12~25lbs
presses: 12~30lbs

well....its been raining all day so i wasnt able to get my workout in early this morning...BUT we had a break in the storms just a few minutes ago so i snuck in my 20MAS!! yay!! i feel GREAT!!!!!! tomorrow is rest day too!! hehehee whohoooooooo!!

Day 22!!


its officially the first day in week 4!! sooooo exciting!!

i increased my weights again this week and hope to do so every week if i can until i am at a good heavy arsed weight that really kills...hehehe....i find i am TOTALLY getting addicted to this lifting....i mean i CRAVE it!! yesterday was a rest day but i wanted to lift sooooo bad!!!!! then dh was lifting ( hehhe hes catching the bug!! he says watching me work out has made him inspired!!! too cool!!...ummm......he also knows how much i loveeeeee big buff muscle dudes!! hahahha) and i started wanting to go behind him and lift while he was in his minute breaks but i didnt....mmmmm it WAS nice watching dh get all ripped in fron of me.....



ok...ok...hahahaha...this is gym log not sex log...hahahaaa

heres what i did today

warmup:

50 crunches, 50 twisting crunches
30 butt ups.....i can really feel these working lately and have noticed my abs are getting way stronger...i can actually lift my butt up all the way now and reach my feet to the ceiling whereas when i started i could barely roll my butt up!! whohoooo
30 pushups ( man these still farkin KILL me)

LOWER BODY WORKOUT

QUADS:
squats: 12~39lbs, 10~44lbs, 8~49lbs, 6~54lbs, 12~49lbs
lunges: 12~49lbs

HAMS:
good mornings: 12~39lbs, 10~44lbs, 8~49lbs, 6~54lbs, 12~49lbs
straight leg deadlifts: 12~49lbs

CALVES:
calf raises: 12~39lbs, 10~44lbs, 8~49lbs, 6~54lbs, 12~54lbs
seated calf raises: 12~54lbs

ABS:

weighted crunched: 12~25lbs, 10~25lbs, 8~25lbs, 6~25lbs, 12~25lbs
crunches: 12

whew!! feels great to finish a good workout completely soaked in sweat but high as a kite!!!! hehehehheheheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

man i really felt todays workout. i really didnt want to do it but im sooooo glad i did!

heres what i did today:
