Just wanted to let everyone know what my husband & I have for Sunday morning breakfast when we are in a terrible hurry to get to church. I bought some Zero carb crepe mix off Atkins site. I make the crepe on Saturday night and put them in the frig. Does not take long at all to make them. Sunday morn I get up and cook the little link sausages on my Hamilton Beach cooker (like a Foreman grill). I cut the crepes in half and roll each sausage up in the crepe. Sometimes I put a slice of cheese in there too. They are wonderful! We also sometimes dip them in Atkins zero carb syrup!
