Thumbs up Try this recipe

Ok I'm not real good about writing recipes, but last night I made a birthday dinner for my bestfriend, Tanya and it was spinach and chicken lasagna. So I knew I couldn't eat it, so I made myself a variation leaving out the noodles. Ok, here it goes.

In one pot mix cream of mushroom soup and then add heavy whipping cream , romano cheese, and butter and heat on low for about 20 min.

then in a skillet saute onions and mushrooms and garlic in butter and add shredded roasted chicken

then in a small glass dish layer chicken mixture then a little ricotta on top of that then a little mozzerella then the cream mixture. I baked this on 350 for about 20 min and took it out and put a little more moz cheese on top. Cool and enjoy.

Now I know that I am terrible at trying to write down a recipe but if you have any questions just let me know.

See ya'll.
