Default Pesto Ok on Atkins Induction?/Recipe?

I am new to the Atkins diet and wondering if regular old pesto is ok during the induction phase? If not are there variations that would be?

Pesto should be okay unless it is made with a high quantity of pine nuts, then you coud just make your own and leave them out and just use olive oil, basil, and parmesan cheese. (all of these are totally legal)

I used pesto shortly after starting atkins and everything went a okay and DH loved the meal! (salad of mixed veggies and mozz. cubes with pesto)

On Sunday, I coated some bonless chicken breasts in pesto, then dredged in parmesan cheese and baked them at 350 for about 35 minutes. DELICIOUS! Strong flavor from the pesto, matched nicely with the cheese...and stayed very moist from the coating!!
