Hello,
I am new here, just found this forum today, and started CAD today!
The cheat sheet looks like a handy tool but I have one question. I have read the CAD book and cannot find anywhere that you do not need to count lettuce. Is that in the new CALP book?

No, it is not in either CAD book really. It's just one of my own suggestions. There are few carbs in lettuce and more nutrition in other raw veggies that can go into the two cup measure.

Thanks for bringing this to the top. I copied and pasted it, and it will be one of my guides to whatever I find works for me. I had one of those LC shakes for breakfast and I am starving now. But, if I have bacon and eggs I'm fine until dinner.

I did answer 9 out of ten of the questions for CAD as a yes, so I guess this is my new option.

Atkins has worked for everyone around me but me, and they don't believe I haven't cheated. That is hard for me to take, as I am really proud of myself for not cheating, but it looks like I'm lying

Oh well, I am sure with this site as help and all the success stories, I'll just have to find what works for me.

One thing, there is no shortage of ideas that's for sure.
