I'm 5' 3.5" and my ultimate goal is 120 which is what I weighed at my fittest (cycling or rollerblading every day). I'd be more than happy with anything in the 120's and feeling fit.

5'6.5" with a goal weight of 135. That is what I got to before on Atkins and I felt really good and was in a size eight.

That is 10 pounds higher than my pre-pregnancy weight of 125, but bodies change in their thirties (especially after two babies...).

I'm 5'6" and a half. My goal weight is now 130. Just had a crushing blow earlier this week. I thought I was about 145 lbs. when I started this WOE, but my scale was broken. This is my 3rd week on Atkins and I'm sure I've lost some weight. Wednesday I had to go to the doctor and I weighed 148! I must have weighed more than I thought before I started! Anyway, promptly went and bought a new scale and sure enough - I weigh 148. Long story short, I've revised my goal weight from 125 to 130. But I'll be happy if I can get into the jeans I could wear when I got married.

I'm 5'8 1/2 or so. Goal weight is 147. Why such an in the middle goal? I thought 150 was too much but 145 would be unobtainable

My goal weight is somewhere between 135 and 155. I'm 5'7, and I'm not sure what would be a good weight for me. All though high school and after my first two children were born, I was 148 and in a size 12. When I met my hubby and up until my fourth child was born, I was 155 and in a size 8. 135 may be too small for me, so as I get closer I will readjust as needed. Whereever I feel the best is where I will land.

I'm 5'4" and my goal is 135. At 144 I won't be "overweight" anymore, but who am I kidding, I want to feel good, too! I'm a size 12, and I'd like to get down to at least a 10, maybe an 8.

5' 9" Goal 185 lbs. When I get there I'll decide if I need to loose any more. Hmmmm " When " it use to always be " If ". Can't wait to look as good as I feel already on this WOE.
