Cool Chocolate Peanut Butter Whipped Cream

I whipped this up the other day, and it was like eating a melted Reeces PB cup.

Heavy Whipping Cream
Cocoa Powder
Dollop of Peanut Butter
Tish of Splenda

I use a stick blender to make this and it whips up in no time. It's also awesome frozen. I can eat a spoonful or two and be completely satisfied.

Enjoy!

Hi

I wanted to make some to try, but didn't want to make a big batch(cause I will eat it all) and I couldn't think of a way to whip up a very small amount of peanutbutter and cream, so I just mixed together

one teaspoon peanut butter,
four tablespoons of cream
a dash of cocao powder
Sweetner to taste

It was very yummy and it will work as icing on cake as well. I found a microwave choc cake made with ground almonds instead of flour here on the forum and now I will use this as icing on the cake. :-)

Thanks for the recipe!

Rey

try looking up the recipe for peanut butter cups in the recipe forum! These are incredible and you keep them in the freezer. They're individual cups so you can eat one just when you need it.

Unhappy I've Tried Those

I made those for my Atkin's partner and tried one for myself and I didn't like them! I couldn't believe myself, that I would actually dislike something that seems so yummy! I think I'm losing my taste for some the the things I used to like so much. Oh well, that's really not a problem, now is it?

Wow, I'm surprised you didn't like the pb cups! I've given myself license to eat regular chocolate (small piece) and it never satisfies my craving for chocolate like the pb cups! I was happily surprised by this.

Oh well, different strokes for different folks!

N.
