I am going to try the meat fast too. I am really frustrated about my stall. I am hoping this works. I tried the egg fast..but i felt too sick. I hate eggs. I was wondering though...can I drink decaf coffee with splenda? I am giving myself one month to loose these last five pounds.
I did Atkins a year ago and lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks. I kept it off easily until I got pregnant again. Now I cant get past 120. I have been on this diet for 7 months and have lost 15 pounds. Last time I ate nuts all the time and tons of whipped cream and cheese. This time my body doesnt want to let me loose weight! I cut out everything except the veggies. I am keeping my fingers crossed

Hi Marina71,

Check out my profile. I'm also 5'4" and trying to get down to 118lbs., but seems my body is holding on tight to the pounds I got. Any tips you might have would be great. Thanks!!

Hi Amtuamor22,
Well, I did it! Lost those 5 pounds and more. I am actually at 52 kilos (114). It was really hard. This is what I did. For 2 Weeks I ate only eggs and meat. No Fat or veggies. Pretty unheathly, but it did the trick. Now I am doing induction and no weight gain , actually I am still losing. I guess mybody had become used to lcing. I am really happy with the results and I am soon going to move on to maintenence. I had no craving after the first day. I feel great! Drink lots of water too!
Keep me posted! Good luck

hmm......i dont quite understand something. You say no fat, but yet eggs have fat in them and so does meat. Did you just eat the egg whites, and eat skinless chicken or something? How about just doing the meat fast? What do you think about that?

than you
