Veronica nailed it, with stating early on that the PCRM just hates Atkins because he eats meat! She didn't say like this, and I don't remember her exact words, but that's basically it.

Dr. Trager handled a prank caller quite well, he was blabbering that how he is a physician and that there is a study in 2000 saying your kidneys will fall off Dr. Trager said that study was conducted by Dr. Fleming, the guy who took the examiner's report, and has a new low-fat book coming out.

Well done, and the majority of callers were happy low-carbers who owe their success to Dr. Atkins

Yes, I agree. They both handled it very well. When that prank caller was on you could see Veronica and Dr. Trager look at each other and kind of snicker...they knew that it was somebody from PCRM. Well done!!!
