Default Lifting weights & Gaining

Hey there,
I have been low carbing for a while, love it! I just began weight lifting 3 times a week with a trainer. I have stuck to low carb religiously minus one peanut butter cookie I had after a workout the other day. I was 221 lbs on Sunday but today after my 3rd workout, which was yesterday, I am 228lbs this morning.
Has this happened to anyone else? Am I just storing water right now while my muscles heal because I feel sore as heck and kind of bloated in those areas.
I have been getting enough water and eating often, small meals high in protein, eating 3 cups of greens....I am stumped. I assume it's the weightlifting but any feedback would be great. I KNOW one cookie won't put me up 7lbs!!
