I am makin one of the low carb meatloaf recipes....and I have a question. The one that I am making is the "Fajihta recipe" which calls for El Paso's fajhita mix...I have and Old El Paso Burrito mix and I have dumped it in...it is baking, and just now I think to click in and get some thoughts on that ingredient!!!!

Anyone have any ideas on the carb count in such mixes? The recipe calls for the fajhita mix, I can't see the burrito being much different, can you?

I tried the web...found nothing.

Is there any nutritional information on the package? Or the list of ingredients?
