Unhappy BJOATES Gym Log, oh boy!

I have been on LC for almost 3 months and cannot seem to get motivated to Exercise so maybe this Gym Log will help.

My plan:

Use my Tony Little Gazzelle each Week Day
Set my timer to remind me to start exactly at 7 while watching Perry Mason.
Perform at least 20 min with lite weights twice a week.

I am not sure if this will help me, but I figure I should at least try. I just can't seem to get motivated and I know it will help.

What is wrong with me

OK, I purchased a Pedometer and will track my steps daily, even on the weekend if I do not use the Gazelle.

I figure I need to start somewhere.

Hi. I love your reward system. I need to come up with something like that. Might be what I need to FINALLY get to goal.

I know it's hard to get started with exercise. But after less than 2 weeks of it, you'll be getting upset if anything tries to interfere with your work-outs.

I wish you all success. I'll check back and see how you're doing.

I saw your gallery picture-- I'm 50, so we're not so far apart in age.

Thanks Galatia, you are gorgoeous!

I have had this Gazzelle for more than a year and I actually started off using it almost daily. that was in November last year and it is pretty easy to use. Between that and the other exercise equipment I have (weights, step, rope, etc...) I have all I need to get in shape, I just need to condition my mind. I figure since I watch Perry Mason almost every evening during the week, that would be a good time to set for exercising instead of just sitting on my butt.

I work from home so I am going to try this routine when I wake up.

Turn on computer
Personal Hygiene
Weigh myself (Mondays only)
Dress
Attach Pedometer
Breakfast
Vitamins & Supplements
Water
Begin work.

then I just put on my Pedometer
Thanks again for the encouragement!

Sunday per Pedometer:

Steps: 5,725
Miles: 1.08
Calories: 251.5

Not much, hopefully I will do more as I move forward since this was just from going to store and running around with my daily routine.

Tomorrow will include using my Gazelle.

Here I go, I hope I stick to this.

Although I have not posted I have been walking at least 3 days a week and at least 2 miles each walk since April 5th. This is the longest I have stuck with anytype of exercise. I will try to stick to it.
