Default Happy New Years- I'm back to stay

I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe New Years. I was lucky to stay home with the hubs, kids and grand daughters, it was a perfect night.

So I am an old hat at LCing. I KNOW this is the best way to eat for my body. Yet I always feel like I just have to have those chips or the popcorn. And I can never have just a small handful. No I have to eat the whole bag. I really feel like there should be meetings for people like me! HI, my name is Deb and I am a carb addict. Where are the weight watchers meeting for carb addicts?

So, the reason for my visit today is, I was going thru my low carb books (and boy do I have a TON of them) and was wondering what is the newer one to add to my reading? I haven't bought any in a few years. And I know they have updated research and studies on low carb eating. So...... what books would you recommend?

Thank you all in advance!

note: goal listed is my first large goal.... ultimately I need to lose 100lbs. total!

Welcome back. I can't recommend any books because I don't know what sort of LC books are out there anymore. I'm just coming back to LC myself. I can say that what I plan to do is look through all my LC books (I too have a ton of them) and pick out recipes I really want to try and if they turn out alright then I will write it up in a blank journal (just for recipes) and start my own use-at-home type cookbook.
