Hi,

I was on atkin 2 years ago and took me 7 month to loss 60 lbs. It was the most successful diet I have ever been on. but I fell off the wagon a year ago and gain it all back. I have started again last week and hoping to loss all those lbs again.

you can just order meaty things such as "siu mai", " ha gau - without the wrap", "cotton chicken (min fa chicken), steamed pork, chicken feet :P you get the idea.

Thanks for the reply.

So do you actually eat the whole siu mai, or do you take the wrap off first?

What about things like beef balls or fish balls? I'm always curious about what they put in them.

Mmmm - maybe steamed ribs w/ black-bean

Thanks for the advice.

What "low carb products" are you looking for?

There's plenty of vegetables, fish, chicken, beef, and pork throughout Hong Kong. You can also buy fake sugar at almost any super-market.

It's actually my husband's who's on LC diet and I'm finding it really hard to find LC stuff here in Macau (we're new here). Any suggestions for a place to go?

Thanks...
