Ingredients
1 can of artichoke hearts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut artichoke hearts into quarters. Mix Parmesan cheese and mayo together. Add artichoke hearts. Pour mixture into small baking dish. Bake until hot and bubbly.
That does sound really good. You could dip celery or veggies in it...I know this might sound gross, but it might be good over a plain baked or grilled chicken breast...I'm going to try to plug it into fitday for the nutrition info!!
