Default Beginners Pilates or Yoga suggestions.....

Anyone have any suggestions on a beginners pilates or yoga program either online or that I might be able to find at the library?

Coach Nicole on SparkPeople offers a very helpful intro. Then explore the other on-line videos on this page:

I Follow Maya Finnes Kundalini Yoga DVD's, I find it's done wonders for my back and keeps you toned all over.

If you can deal with the commercials, there are several pilates and yoga videos on Hulu.com. It might be a good way to test different styles and find what works for you. I like the Mari Winsor videos myself. I do Winsor flat abs 3-4 times a week and it's a butt-kicker!
