I don't know if I stalled or not, or did I just hit that 3 week thing everyone is talking about? Anyway, I did change a few things over the last week and I'm finally seeing some progress. I increase my water to 100+ ounces a day and also increased my L-Carnitine to 3,000 mg. That stuff is sure expensive! I get it at walmart and actually they are always low on it. I guess a lot of people use it. I just pick it up everytime I see it. In the last 3 days, I've lowered my calories. I bet that's what's working! I haven't found any instructions on how to start My P.L.A.N. yet so, here is what I ate over the last 3 days:
Monday:
breakfast - coffee(black) 6 fried egg whites w/melted cheese on top
lunch - salad w/brocolli/red onion/turkey - vinegar/olive oil dressing
snack - couple spoonfuls of chicken salad (Atkins recipe)
dinner - BBQ chicken w/CarbWell BBQ sauce & green beans
Tuesday:
beakfast - coffee(black) 4 sausage links
lunch - piece of chicken from night before, small salad w/homemade blue cheese
snack - one large spoonful of superchunk peanut butter (my favorite)
dinner - salisbury steak made w/no flour products, creamed spinach
Wednesday:
breakfast - 2 cups coffee(black), 3 sausage patties
lunch - taco salad minus the shell
snack - sausage patty, slice of cheddar cheese
dinner - half a small steak, salad w/olive oil & red wine vinegar, half of a homemade french onion soup
