Okay I am doing the modifed ff and I have seen so many recipes for it does anyone else have any ideas? I know a lot of peopl are aganist it but I had stalled for 2 months and now I have lost a lot and don't want to gain it back!
Can I have steak? Should I put butter on it???? GOD I have gone CRAZY!!!

What is FF and do you really want to lose more weight looks like you have done really good.

You say you have been in a stall for 2 months, yet your stats reflect that you have surpassed your goal weight. Doesn't that just mean you're maintaining? I'd give up the fat fast (ff) idea. It's no good....and as soon as you go off of it, you'll just gain those few pounds back anyway. At least, that's what happens to the majority of people.

Why bump up you fat....

you are doing so good,why dont you do a little more exercise.

Okay wait a minute......I was doing ff that's why I am now below my goal weight. I had actually stalled at 132 for 2 months. Now I am trying to do the balancing act of not gaining it all back.
Like I said I know tons of people are aganist and that's fine but that's the only thing that worked for me.

BTW--I am not trying to lose any more right now but would like not to gain it all back...

I almost forgot I w/o weights and do cardio for 30 mins---less cardio is better for me! Building up that musclke
