Default The Firm Series

Hi there,

Is anyone doing these for a workout? I had great success with them back in high school, and I know they are really effective because I'm always really sore after I complete one. I just started doing them again because I want to tone up. Just curious if anyone else is doing these and how they are coming along if so.

Thanks!
