Welcome to May 2016. I'm continuing the thread this month in the absence of our host, Susan (omablue), who is on vacation in the beautifully wild country of Texas, USA. So partners, cut loose those burlap sacks of useless supplies like, sugar, flour and 'taters (that is, of course, unless you are experimenting ) and ride on with each other into our futures unencumbered.

Thanks for starting this in our leaders absence...you rock Thud!

I will be combining some extended fasting along with my daily IF of 23:1
I have a house guest the last week of the month, but she knows how I eat and I can make her some LC side dishes to go along with protein. I eat an all meat/fat diet. She does not eat gluten so it makes it easier, and she loves my bone broth. I hope everyone is a big loser this month!

I hope Susan is enjoying a beautiful morning like I am here in Central Texas. After some storms last night, it's beautiful, sunny and 69° with a light breeze from the north. Feels like all the humidity is cleared out and it's beautiful!!!

Just starting out - my 2nd time. Looking forward to this journey. Started 235 - 1st goal 229 - just getting under 230, then 220 etc was how I did it last time.
