FANTASTIC loss Sunshine lady! See ya later

SHADES~~ thank you for the good wishe and vibes and happy that you are well again!..BTW~~~ not necessary to do the QUOTE thing for our comments here.. we all can figure out what each is referring to when you adress us It is tempting I KNOW, but takes up too much space You did so well for the week! Keep on plan and the plan works for you

Watching the Ray Charles story... sad what he and everyone went through.Such a talent. I can never understand why the Talent industry is diddled with junk.So sad.

Tomorrow I will go and make and appointment at the rehab and from there go to see the dermatologist for my annula mole patrol I do have tiny area of suspect skin at the carotid artery. Not happy about that spot which has been there for a long time. She'll scrape and biopsy it. Also some ting tiny moles she can zap off while I am there. Better get these done before my insurance changes! and not for the better. I am not pleased at this change at all. OH well.

Tam WAY TO GO!!! 2 pounds. So happy for you.

Paulette 2.8 pounds. Even with the slight gain that is outstanding for one week. I was reading what Cricket posted in the link about explain a lot of how the fat loss works. I know I have read much of this before but for me it is always good to re-enforce my resolve. Also the 3500 calories to lose or gain a pound really hits home. NONE of us are doing that kind of eating. LOL Here is to wishing next week that pesky pound takes a hike.

Chrissie: AMAZING Loss for you at 3.2. Always happy to see others lose. Even happy when I do. do not know your secret for that kind of loss. Wonderful.

Cricket : No matter how small the loss I always say any is good. I am thrilled to see .8. For a long time I was slow at maybe losing one pound every 5 to 9 days and even then some times only .8. And I am saying only because when it happens to me it feels that way. LOL Really enjoying the link you posted above.

So basically no change today-- up .1 but who counts that as a gain? But dang I woke up with puffy eyelids! Like, puffier than they have ever been, that I can remember. Tam I wonder if whatever you have/had going on is contagious over the interwebz? Better by the afternoon, but still feeling a bit funny around the eye area.

I DO NOT LIKE IT getting dark by 5:30. Not one bit.

THANK YOU SHADES I have posted those and other articles since the Original ATkins' site about 3 changes ago!and here since '08. There was a time when the Atkins' site was really good. But, just as the NEW Atkins' corp ruined DR A's plans, they ruined that site. I have a few others to post that the oldies here have seen.
You've done beautifully, and the losses will surge and wane as our bodies repair and adjust, and as we get to where we need to be in weight. For most of us it is a slow process after the big numbers become smaller ones. As long as we TRY ad DO we can continue losing .ALL of us here need to stay pretty much on track or end up gaining huge.Right now I am paying the price for not just doing off plan meals but for physical counterbalances that are just pain unfair! LOL.. WHo said life was fair!

ALL here deserve a round of applause! Jodi gained and is out of ketoisis.AND following the plan. Her body does not want proteins.Plain and simple. She has been having egg salad for her meals and protein shake. Plenty of fat should have been there.Since i no longer for a LONG time have prepared her meals I cannot say.I WILL begin doing that after this next show which will be the last for the year.

I will be posting the new thread for the game #26 eventually...

Hello! I got the computer working! Did a bunch of updates and backed it up, now it seems to run fine.

We all did so good this week and I hope next week is just as great! Yay for US!!!

I went to the store to stock up on eggs and such and they did not have my Silk Almond milk. So I bought the Cashew milk and thought I'd give it a try. Only 25 calories and 1 carb per 8oz cup, and it is even better than the Almond! The taste is milder and I like it so much I may get it from now on!

I like the Silk products and they give me my needed Calcium, Vit. D and Vit E. So no need for milk with it's high carbs! And no need to swallow those big choking calcium pills!!!! Does anyone else use Silk? I have tried the Coconut, Almond and Cashew. All are good but the Cashew is my fave.

HIMI - I do not like the darkness at 5 pm either. Makes me feel like going to bed way too early! You have puffy eyes too now? What is up with that? I hope it is just a temporary thing!

CRICKET - you are such a good Mommy to prepare Jodi's meals. She lost so well when you were doing so for her, so I hope she will get back where she was with your help and guidance.

BARB - I see you also lost another pinch! Congrats to you and may tomorrow be even more!

SHADES - Thank you. I tend to get upset when my weight goes up and I know it is not fat gain but only flux, but it still annoys me and always will! I have learned patience. The stupid scale will start cooperating again, and who knows, I may finally get below 210 this time!!!!!

TAM - you had another great loss today! I hope your poor eyes are feeling and looking better!!!!!

CHRISSIE - way to go!!! You may have taken the prize this week!!! Happy happy day for you!!!!! We only have to wait for KATHY to chime in!

KATHY - you may be our winner, too this week - I am dying to see if you can beat CHRISSIE - it is way too close! Good luck! If I don't stop back later tonight, I will congratulate either of you again in the morning!

I still have a few hours to wait until The Walking Dead is on TV, and I am tired. I sure hope I don't fall asleep!!! You all have a great night!

Sorry I didn't get back on last night...it amazes me how people go crazy when we "fall back" and "spring forward". You wouldn't believe how many "what time is it" calls I get all night long! That 13 hour shift always bites!! It figures I would gain 2 pounds the last day of the game...oh well at least i'm still down 1 pound for the week.

Tam I found the 2 pounds you lost...actually I think my boobies found 1 pound each. TOM is obviously on the imminent horizon! I can't even get my ring on.

Cricket at the first sign of anything I immediately guzzle nyquil. I've done it my whole life and it always does the trick...my mom always thought i'd overdose but i'm still here so.....glad you finally got some deep sleep.

Himi sorry about your eyes but hey Tam was just trying to show she cares...sharing is caring as they say lol....hope your discomfort is short lived.

Barb I guess you and Himi are on the see saw...up .1....down .1 wheeeeee...have fun ladies but tomorrow ya'll need to head over to the slide.

Paulette hopefully that is the last of your "stablizing" period and you'll get back to losing tomorrow for the new game.

Shades so great that you are showing a good loss even on your short starting week.

Jodi wishing you a good night if you're working tonight too.

I've got to work my dept tonight 7p-7a and then go to nurse call 7a-930a and then back tomorrow afternoon 530p-930p then off on Tuesday. Sending whooshie wishes and sweet dreams to all!!

HIMI.. get out the tea bags to shrink the puffiness! So sorry. Around here it is deep allergy season with the Cotton and PEanuts harvesting now and golden rod s blooming. You folks are wasy too North for this stuff!

KATHY~~ crazy schedule you have as usual. Do not know how you stand it. SO.. that drinkipoo caught up? At least it was down a pound of the gains and you will drop the rest too.

Jodi was in a royal pissy mood...work related of course..and the gains did not help, so it is not being a good Mommy at all to prep her meals.. it is SURVIVAL LOL!!!

I am working on the game chart for 26 now and will post the thread
