I lost 1.6 lbs this morning. Things are progressing nicely!

BARB - Congrats on winning the last game!!!! You certainly made it and the game is yours! It was a SHAME you could not order a smaller simple meal last night!!!!!! How absolutely RUDE to not provide meals for those who have dietary limitations!!!! It never fails to amaze me how short-sighted and closed minded people are when it comes to planning sponsored meals like that!!! What about vegetarians? And those with food allergies? And those on special diets? The whole thing sickens me. YOU were a strong and diligent person to only have WATER! I commend you for your strong will power and resolve to stick with your diet. But I can't imagine how embarrassing and depriving it must have been to sit there and smell/see all the people eating. I hope they were ashamed!

As I am the first person here, I will have to stop back later and see how everyone else is doing. Have a great day, and eat wisely. Make the best choices in your situation, much like Barb chose to do last night. Boy, what a rough situation. I would have been lividly mad! I commend you again, Barb!

Sorry i've been MIA lately but had another mommy day on Wednesday. Something strange right before I left the casino I reached down to pick up something and got really dizzy and nauseated. I've been getting light headed a lot lately. I'm thinking maybe I need to go seem my primary doctor. Also I guess it's shoulder injury week. I am now getting the same shoulder adhesive capsulitis aka frozen shoulder in my left shoulder that I had in my right shoulder last year. My right shoulder still hasn't completely healed so this should be interesting to see how it plays out as the left shoulder starts to progressively get worse. Yesterday I had training 930am-330pm and then worked 9pm-7am well i've got a little over an hour till 7 but anyhoo... crazy day then tonight start my regular 12 on/12 off schedule the next 3 nights.

Barb a big congratulations on your win. Worse case you'll have the winners curse this morning but you definitely earned your win yesterday so enjoy your accomplishment.I can totally relate with your meeting foods. Donuts and coffee in the morning Lord help me I was a good girl..Krispy Kreme no less-my faves- Luckily they had sandwiches for lunch so I just picked out the meat and cheese and had with ranch dressing for fat. Sorry you weren't so lucky.

Himi I see you're on the see saw bouncy ride. No worries I have no doubt i'll be joining you soon. I can't keep losing forever so eventually the flux will kick in as always. Let's just try not to throw each other too far off.

Lisa i'm so happy to see you are back on strict plan. Sometimes we just have to regroup and get our heads back in the game. I was needing some exercise motivation so I printed out a pintrest quote and put it in a frame at my computer and it helped so here maybe it can motivate you too..."Do something today that your future self will thank you for". I think seeing it by the computer also helps me to eat right.

Jodi i'm so sorry you got a little gain. I'm sure you will drop it like it's hot....If you work tonight hope you have a good shift.

Cricket I hope you're back in ketosis this morning. How much longer do you have in the berry farm? I bet they are amazingly plump and sweet by now! Good luck with your shoulder. I won't let them inject me so I have no choice but to ride it out. What happened to the turkey story did I somehow miss it?

I wanted to post this picture because I always liked it. These women are all 154 lbs. How different we all are! It is a good visual expressing how scale weights really mean nothing - our body shapes dictate everything.

SUNNY.. you too frequently copy old charts and ignor the newest posts. Perhaps if you actually read the posts you would catch this on going error. NO ONE HERE is going to clean up after wrong charts. I am posting your correct chart PAULETTE.

please check you lines and correct them ,the start weights are are YESTERDAY' current weight.

HELLO ON THE BAY. We follow the DANDAR 72/92 versions and all of us are committed to this. If youwish to join in and commit to daily posts and weights and the same goals, we would love to share what we have learned and know.

TEAM~~ please check the stat lines for yoursleves. I think this is correct. My brain has turned into mush in this heat. I have closed the farm and just filling some scattered last minute panic orders from my clients. This weekend is my designated off and on reasonable maintenace OWL..just tonight actually. tomorrow is back to plan and survival mode. I did buy a new and cheap blender for the ice crushing. Yes, I was in a maybe trace ketosis and that would be a gift. I expect to be back in full hard ketosis and stay there for one week before I think of an off meal.
I am looking forward to having the new orthopedist pull his out with the complex issues he is being presented with. The huge fatty tumor, the very real bone tumor, the rotated shoulder, the dislocated bone now pressing into my neck, and not to forget the newly involved nerves that are being compressed. The appointment is for the 29th in the morning and I imagine that is when the new set of ex-rays will be taken. NO MRI thanks to the metal in the neck. Surgeries are not in this area but 100+ miles north if over night etc, or if ambulatory , they are done in GA. I have the best clients ever.. one sweet heart said that she and her hubby would happpily drive me there and back whatever I needed.They are both retired and love me! AWWW... CARL will take whatever time he needs for me from work..no matter how last minute it may be! So that is it on that front.
DIET: Back to shake for one main meal and tuna w/ mayo for the other. Between those I will be fine and back into ketoisis fast. Later on I will omit the shake. I make it w/ HC so I off set those proteins in them and increase my fats. Calories are going to be within a normal person's range..which means high for me right now. One back in the swing of things it will be very low for a good 3-4 days out of the week. Carbs will be very low and under 10 max. Size 6 is tight but wearable. I would like them LOOSE.. but no one else wants to see me that thin again it seems. Going for 135-140 range now and then back down to 130-135 .130 is a bit thin and I was really too skinny for most.
I'll figure that out too.
SO, CHICKS... now we are in a new game and newly returned determination and mindset! GOOD LUCK!

PAULETTE.. I LOVE those pics you posted here. It really is so odd how we all can have the same numbers and look so differently.
With me, I am flat tummied thanks to tummy tuck 15 years ago! My boobs and thighs are the larest parts of me and I feel like a cartoon with being top heavy.
ALREADY, after my few off plan foods I WANT to be back on. My off plan were still OK for the foods but too many.
I did make a fruit dish and used Splenda granulated in place of the called for sugar, and some coconut flour on top in place of reg flour for the would be cobbler thing. I never measure and do not use cook books, so I bake by the seat of my ample pants LOL! It came out fine and is edible. I already had my fill.Just 2 serving spoons did it for me. Nauseous and full.

Do not know if I ever mentioned this but MILO is a brand of Sweet tea and they have a sugar free one made with Suralose. ) carbs and cals and is good. I find it not too sweet so I add a bit more of liq.splenda to sweeten it up.

GREEN THUMBS HUH?? when I worked that was a signal to grab a scalple! PAULETTE. you have 10 green fingers and lots of love to tend your plants. They are beautiful. I have wonderful weeds and lots of pumpkins LOL
Did yo ever get SPECIES 2 ?? you have got to post their pics!
