tbagram, I am also retired.
When we were JUDDDing before, I was not and talked about working and rotation. I am surprised at how much time has passed since we were posting here.

Back then, I ate mostly vegies and a bit of protein in several small meals on DD. I decided to wait and have a small something in the afternoon and then meat for dinner.
That is because I have trouble sleeping if I get hungry and meat holds me through that time when I am going to bed. So far it works.

I also took note of Carolyn's post about Varady having people eat OMAD on fasting days. I don't know if I will do that but would like to be in the fasting state longer for healing.
We'll see.

Hope you are enjoying retirement.
