Default Thank you for sharing Becki (4beans4me)

I truly appreciate this story! Most success stories that I read are about people who have lost 100+ pounds. I celebrate their success! However I find Becki's success more relatable. In the past when I have been struggling with less than 20 pounds I would hear things like; "you can have this piece of cake you're thin enough" or "You don't know what it's like to be fat" from friends and family who had a higher number on the scale and I did.

Do not dismissed or minimalize my struggle because it's not on the same level as yours.

Things have spiraled out of control over the past year and I'm finally taking the bull by the horn's. Becki is an inspiration!
