Sorry I've been missing but it's that time of the year when I'm at my busiest at work. I did reach my goal early and that's where the weight stayed. This morning I'm down a pound. Whoosh....one pound drop over night after weeks of staying spot on. I'll take it. Thank you all for your support, suggestions and most importantly sharing your own experiences.
