Smile Good Job

I also visited my mother's this weekend and found it hard to resist a lot of goodies. However I did eat a few rice krispy squares. Like you, I didn't gain or lose any pounds so far. So you are not alone

Well done Marcella,

you're dead right that the hardest thing is eating at someone else's when you generally don't have a choice. At least at restaurants you can have them run around after your every whim...after all you are paying

Plus - go give your BF a big hug...not too many of us are lucky enough to get the kind of support he has given you...what a gem

Lesley

Good Job Marcella

I totally agree with you. I've learned to bring an emergency meal with me. That way if there's nothing LC at whom ever's house I can just run outside to my van and get my own meal. I really don't care if anyone get's miffed. I'm not going backwards, only forwards.

P.S. Your boyfriend sounds like a keeper.
