My BS was a bit low, and I felt a bit shaky, I had 8 tiny little grapes and 3carbs 1 yogurt, and coffee. Have a great eating day ya all

I get 2 of them as without that rubbery bland bagel, there is more steak to love you!


Well, except for the trans fats in them, so for me it is an occasional treat....

BTW, this morning I had 3 eggs over easy, fried in buttah and 4 breakfast sausage links, reheated in more buttah and some water.
