Hi Ken. Taking time off is allowed, especially since you know you'll get back to it. I hardly walked at all in July, even removed my Fitbit and this month I'm back better than ever. It actually helped show me that walking is really part of what I do and that glitches here and there are not a matter of great concern.

Was at a wedding all afternoon and evening yesterday. Much more sitting and standing around than anything else. Pity I can no longer dance without falling over.
Incidentally, Peter Garrett (of Midnight Oil) was one of the guests, and I was amused to see him dance like a normal person instead of a stick insect!
