Default Herb Cheese

Hi,
A friend of mine has a small Jersey dairy farm and he makes herb cheese. I love his cheeese but am not to sure of the nutritional details so was concerned everytime I ate it.
Anyway, I decided to make my own herb cheese and it tastes just as good. It's so easy to make and adds a whole new flavor to your LC life.

Try this -

Put a 250g (8.8 oz) packet of Philadelphia (or similar) Cream Cheese in a bowl and then microwave until it's soft enough to mix in some herbs and spices. Mix in 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder and 3/4 teaspoon of thyme. Put it in the refrigerator until it firms up again and serve it as cheese or eat it while it's still soft as a dip. Don't be to concerned about the quantities and herbs, you can make it to taste and calculate your nutritional details on FitDay.

The nutritional details for my quantities above are -
Serving size = 25g (just under an ounce or about one table spoon)
Calories - 85
Fat - 8
Sodium - 98
Carbs - 0.4
Protien - 2

Give it a try and let us know if you come up with any variations.
The only thing I am not sure is how long it will last in the refrigerator after being heated.
Simon.
