Default Hi! I am new here!

Hello! My name is Robin and I just joined. I am looking for information to help with my low carb diet. I have been reading around this place and felt the need to join. I have a lot of weight to lose and I have diabetes so low carb is also helping my blood sugar. I have two cats that I adore and I am from Tennessee. Thanks for reading!

Welcome Robin.I am glad you took the step to jump in.
Sometimes that can be a very hard thing to do.
I suggest that you read, read and read some more here.
I think that you will gain a lot of knowledge, and get a lot of inspiration.
Kim
