Ok as I previously posted I walk through a huge plant all day because I'm qc. I tore my xml muscle last year and now I have sciatic nerve pain through my left side if I stop and lean against something. Is there any kind of exercise I can do that won't aggregate it. I was hoping now I'm on straight days I can actually exercise. I would rather do it at home but I'm willing to go to a gym which I signed up for. I used to go on tread mill but not sure that's a good idea since I walk all day. I bought pedometer and I walk 30,000 ste0s a day at work. Like I posted in previous post I'm taking meds that cause me to be hungry all day and cause weight gain. I need these meds though as I am bipolar. Any help thanks.

This may sound strange, but according to all the low carb gurus it's best not to exercise too much, if at all, when starting out on a low-carb regimen. Give your body a chance to burn the fat on its own. Walking around the plant all day is more than sufficient exercise.
