Default YYYYAAAAYYYY!! 40 lbs. in 10 weeks?!?!?!?!?
Hi everybody!! I just have to share my news from this morning's weigh-in: I am down 40 pounds in TEN WEEKS!!!!!!!! I feel like a new woman!!!! I knew Atkins would work - I have full faith in this WOE and my entire family is reaping the rewards of Atkins. I just never knew it would work so quickly!

I lost 5 pounds in the last week alone!!!! I ate a little bacon everyday this past week, added green tea and for the last couple of weeks I have been drinking at least a gallon of water/day. I FEEL SO AMAZING I AM BOUNCING OFF THE WALLS AND MY KIDS THINK I AM NUTS! I am over the moon.

I just had to share the news with you all because I have found this site to be such a great source of support and information. Not gorging on carbs is really revolutionary if you think about it. I am re-making my life in the midst of carbo/portion size anarchy (have you seen "super size me" or read "fast food nation"?)I understand the title of Dr. Atkin's book. This is my personal revolution. Thanks for letting me share my news.
