For the Almond Bars...Chocolate Liquor, Butter, and Almonds contain Net Carbs. But, the amount of Carbs for the amount used is so small that the numbers can be rounded to get 0g Net. Figuring that perhaps the Fiber number has been rounded up and the Total Carbs rounded down...it would have 1g or less of Net Carbs per Bar. They probably don't use more than a few grams of Almonds in the entire Bar and it takes 7 cups of Butter to get 1g of Carbs. So, the only thing contributing any significant amount of Carbs is the Chocolate Liquor, which even if they made the entire Bar from it would have only 2.75g of Net Carbs. Assuming that each bar has 4g or 8g [I haven't checked the site to confirm which number is correct yet] of Erythritol and 8g of Inulin, even if the rest was pure Chocolate Liquor, it would only have 1.25 to 1.50g of Net Carbs per Bar...even if the rest was pure Chocolate Liquor. But, since it also contains several grams of Cocoa Butter, which is 100% Fat, that figure goes down to 1/2 to 1g of Net Carbs, which if the numbers are rounded in certain ways can be labelled so as to work out to 0g Net.
