Congratulations!!! Are you eating low carb and high fat? I've been low carbing, but I've still been watching the fat intake too. I'd love to have your results!!

Thanks for all of the encouragement, dudes and dudettes!

Yup, I do eat pretty high fat I think, though I don't use fitday. I eat two coconut oil muffins dripping in butter every morning. My stomach doesn't even peep until well after lunchtime thanks to those delicious tidbits. (Thanks MoseyMan!)

At this point, I am somewhere in between pre-maintenance and maintenance. I think last month I lost a pound but I slowed WAY down on purpose to allow my body time to catch up. Plus, Dr. Atkins said that in the end weight loss should be almost imperceptable, right? And, if I end up staying at my current weight, I am ok with it.

Keep it going, fellow revolutionaries! Eat your healhy fats and protein and veggies and nuts in the midst of this country's sugar -white flour- hydrogenated oil- super size- MADNESS. DO IT AND BE FREE!!!! I HAVE BEEN LIBERATED AND WILL WORK HARD EVERY DAY TO KEEP THE SHACKLES OF SUGAR ADDICTION OFF MY PRECIOUS BODY.

All my best to you all.
