Been on Atkins for a week today, so far so good.

Hi, johno. Welcome! For crunch and butter, some bacon or meat cooked in butter, and slightly seared is a nice experience, I find.

Oh yes, hmmm. If I think of something for that, I'll post. There are low carb "breads" made of nut flours, coconut meal, etc. I find those things trigger appetite, so I mostly avoid them.

Perhaps someone will post an idea for enjoying the last big of egg yolk.

I resorted to a spoon.
