smullen how nice. I was picturing you washing the bike and calling it a baptism.
I think it's the first time since Dec17th I didn't weigh. I've gone to the dark side of stress and food. I worked late last night and very early this morning. I decided to get a good nights sleep and hit the books tomorrow well rested.
I ended up working OT today and had forgotten my lunch, I didn't know what to get, only 30min lunch so I had a P20 cheese, choc chunks and dehydrated banana. It made me feel really tired, and woke a craving monster. All day my stomach was gassy and upset. Carbs suck!!!
I made a mistake getting all kinds of lunch meats and sausage when I shopped this week. I need plain 0 carb meat, it fillls me up and I feel good after I eat it.
Who is Nancy in this challenge? There is no post by her. It's like this challenge has a ghost contestant
