Default November 2015 Daily Weigh In

The Holidays are coming! Let's keep on supporting one another so we can roll through the holidays on plan.

Everyone is welcome. Please join in. Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress.


We start tomorrow November 1. For those living in different time zones, feel free to get us going anytime.

I'll give it a try. I mentioned in my journal that I was only going to weigh in on Monday mornings but I think looking at one month every day might be interesting to see if there are any patterns. Along with weigh-in in the morning, I will track daily activity level (none, moderate, active) and my best guess on Net Carbs ingested. I drink a lot of water each day so I'm curious to see if my results bounce around. I will continue to "officially" enter my weight into MYPLAN each Monday morning.

Have a fun November and savor each day.

Okay this month is going to be tough, not only for Thanksgiving but also going on a 7 day cruise. From the 14th-at least the 27th, possibly more. I will be out of pocket. My goal is stick to my plan, eat nothing that is not low carb. Not making any goals as to how much weight I will or will not lose, because I'm not going to be in a controlled environment. The only thing I can control is what I put into my mouth. So no grains and no sugar. I cannot worry about hidden carbs, but I can be stringent with what I know are no-no's. Lots of water. And I will be getting plenty of exercise. I'm hoping I will come out with at least a no gain, if not a loss. Good luck everyone...Leggo!!!
