I'll give it a try. I mentioned in my journal that I was only going to weigh in on Monday mornings but I think looking at one month every day might be interesting to see if there are any patterns. Along with weigh-in in the morning, I will track daily activity level (none, moderate, active) and my best guess on Net Carbs ingested. I drink a lot of water each day so I'm curious to see if my results bounce around. I will continue to "officially" enter my weight into MYPLAN each Monday morning.
