I don't know what'a wrong with my body that I'm not only stalling but going up. I wonder if I am eating something that's causing a lot of inflammation? I had chicken with coconut two nights this week. I got very strict with myself the past week and I just keep going up, up. I'm wondering if coconut milk is causing inflammation? Or the chicken? I'm all bloated today, too. I've been super strict with the carbs and also fasting more through the day.
